Exclusive Interview: Sara's Santini huge passion for music

Sara Santini is a Dj House and Progressive House. Dj and Model that immediately won a large number of fans. Soon she became one of the female DJs most popular at national and international level. She has an enviable track record playing in big clubs from several countries, including Angola, Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg and many more.

DjaneMag: You are a successful model! Tell me please, how do you begin with music and Djing? Do you combine now this two professions? 

Sara Santini: I have a huge passion for music since I was a kid. During my career as a model, I was following some electronic music parties and festivals. The public’s joy and it’s energy seduced me so much that took me to specialize in this area starting the Project SARA SANTINI. At this moment, my Djing career takes me too much time so I had to choose and put my model career, as a job, apart. 

DjaneMag: Do you travell a lot? What countries or cities do you like most of all and why? 

Sara Santini: Yes, I’m pretty much international required. Now, in November, I will be performing in a Festival non Reunion Island (African Continent), Switzerland and I’m going to do a Tour of 3 gigs in India at the end of the year. 
I loved every single countries and cities where I played. But Angola and Italy were the ones that made me fall in love and tagged. 

DjaneMag: Do you think that «Dj world» is men's world? In your opinion is it harder for girl to become famous Dj? 

Sara Santini: No, of course not. Women has as much or more capability as men. This is a simple prejudice that I’m glad is past. A nice example of that is the “Nervo” that last year reach the 21º position on DjMAG. 

DjaneMag: Can you share your dreams and plans for future concerning Djing? What would you like to achieve? 

Sara Santini: I have several dreams and hopes as djing. At this moment I’m starting as a producer. I want to release a successful track so I have the dream of listen to my music on all radio station while driving. 

DjaneMag: How can you describe your style of clothing? Do you prefer luxury or mass market brands? 

Sara Santini: My style is wild and fun, but that also can be chic and pretty feminine. Through it I speak to the public all my energy, strength and fun. 

DjaneMag: Which fashion designers and labels are really at the top for you now? 

Sara Santini: I like some. The most important for me is feel great. When I buy something has to be love at first sign, the brand doesn’t matter. 

DjaneMag: Do you follow fashion bloggers in Instragram? Or do you have your own fashion blog? 

Sara Santini: Sure! I’m always with an eye on fashion and tendencies. Fashion is a part of my life. The personal image has some important, so I believe that the one who invest in him/herself has more persuasion power and can transmit with more easily comfort and confidence to the people. 

DjaneMag: What would you never wear? 

Sara Santini: I’m pretty much versatile since I like different styles. I can give live to pieces that in the past I told I’d never wear. The most important is give personality to our look and feel fine with what we wear. 

DjaneMag: Must have of the season is/are... Why? 

Sara Santini: Leather pants and fur vest. Irreverence, I love it!
